Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) – for questions and complaints about your hospital care
PALS work closely with staff across the Cambridgeshire University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to resolve concerns promptly. The PALS team will acknowledge your contact as quickly as possible and aim to resolve any issues within ten working days, although this may take longer in some circumstances.
