Am I entitled to help with paying my energy bills?

If you’re struggling to afford your energy bills, you might be able to take advantage of certain benefits, grants and help offered by the government and energy suppliers.

Please note that we are trialling a new system to provide advice on Energy related issues through telephone appointments.

These can be booked online on our website, but please note that they are strictly to discuss energy issues, and are only available to people living within a defined area (see link on booking page)

    Our Adviceline service is open from 9:30 in the morning to 3:30 in the afternoon, Monday to Friday, with late opening until 7:00 in the evening on Tuesday and Wednesday.
