You can now request an Energy Telephone Appointment online

These appointments will last approximately 60 minutes and can be used to discuss rising energy costs, smart meter issues, energy switches, energy debt or the warm home discount.

Please note that these appointments are funded solely to discuss energy related issues. If you do not have an energy related issue when we call for your appointment, we regret that we will need to refer you to our Adviceline and end the call.

To save time, before filling in the form below, please check that you live in the area that we are able to offer advice within. This service is available to people who live in the Huntingdon/Wisbech and East Cambs areas (both green areas in the linked map)

Please note this service is delivered by telephone in English and we are unfortunately not able to provide a translation service. If you require a translator please ensure you have someone with you who can speak English for your chosen date and time.
