I am struggling with my gas/electric costs – what help is available?
If you’re struggling to pay your energy bills you need to speak to your energy supplier first. Read the first linked article which describes how to approach this.
You might be also able to get help towards your bills, if you’re struggling to afford your energy bills or top up your prepayment meter. You might be able to take advantage of certain benefits, grants and help offered by the government and energy suppliers.
